1. Where Do I Get a Certificate of Compliance?

Complete the upper portion, print and bring to the Logan County Clerk’s Office, 301 E Harrison, Guthrie, OK.  Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.  The form will be completed and returned to you at that time.  There is no charge for completion of the Certificate of Compliance

2. What License Do I Need from Logan County for Medical Marijuana Dispensary or Growing

There are no permits or licenses in the unincorporated areas of Logan County.  Unincorporated areas are those areas outside the limits of any city or town in Logan County. 

Dispensaries, growers or others must adhere to any other local or state regulations.
